Western Meadowlark Chardonnay
Our flagship Chardonnay from Namesake Vineyard at the western edge of the Carneros Region. Cooling Pacific winds and clay-rich Haire loam soils shape a wine of depth and minerality. Planted with Martini Clone 4 over 30 years ago.
Tasting Notes
Bright orchard fruit with green apple, lemon curd, and toasted hazelnut. Layered and textural, with a mineral-driven finish.
Pairing
Roasted chicken, sea bass with herb butter, aged Gruyère, risotto with mushrooms.
